What this app does

SEO Audit scans the products, collections, and online-store pages of your Shopify store and reports SEO issues such as missing meta descriptions, thin content, and missing image alt text.

Data we collect and store

The app stores only what it needs to function: your shop domain, the access token Shopify issues to the app, and the results of your SEO audits (issue lists and scores derived from your product, collection, and page content). The app reads store content through Shopify's Admin API using read-only permissions.

Data we do not collect

The app does not read, collect, or store any customer personal data — no names, emails, addresses, or order information. It does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and it never sells or shares data with third parties.

Data deletion

When you uninstall the app, its access token is revoked, and all stored data for your shop — sessions and audit reports — is deleted in response to Shopify's uninstall and GDPR redaction webhooks. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Hosting

The app is hosted on Fly.io infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
